3. Purpose, legal basis and duration of processing

Quotation requests: we process the name, company name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, planned start date, technical description and any uploaded file for the purpose of responding to the enquiry and preparing a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Retention: 2 years from the last contact, or for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable limitation period if a contract is concluded.

Partner applications: we process the business name, business form, contact name, phone number, email address, operating area, disciplines, headcount, equipment, references, regions covered and any uploaded file for the purpose of assessing a possible cooperation. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Retention: 1 year from submission, or until consent is withdrawn.

Technical logs: the web server records the IP address, time of request and browser identifier for security purposes and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Retention: 30 days.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties beyond the processors listed above, except where required by law. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EEA unless the processor operates such a transfer under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or bring an action before the competent court.

8. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse. Uploaded files are checked for size and type and are forwarded by email; they are not stored permanently on the web server.
